Monica Elliott, owner of Monica's Chocolates, is not only providing dinner for David Mallett and the band, but is bringing together some of her favorite recipes exclusively for concert ticket holders. Meals must be purchased in combination with concert tickets via the online site only no later than April 22. Dinner will be served family style, four to a table, from 5:pm to 6:pm. ONLY 16 dinners available, so order early. Due to the special order ingrediants and special nature of these dinners, absolutely NO SUBSTITUTES may be made after April 22. "Peruvian cuisine is considered one of the most delicious and diverse in the world and competes with the top popular cuisine in the planet such as the French, Chinese and Italian cuisine" says Wikipedia. Although Monica emphasizes she is not in the restaurant business, she has provided meals for special occasions to great acclaim. Make your reservations now - select from three lunch and dinner offerings. Seating is family style (four to a table) and is limited to 16 for each time. Dinner - served with salad, drink, and dessert (choice of cheescake with berry topping or flan) - 5 - 6 pm. Peruvian hot chocolate available - separate charge. **NOTE** the ticket order form currently shows one each lobster or lasagna. This is a limitation of the ordering software - you can order a total of two of either menu by contacting Fred Pierce at the number above (until one or both are sold, of course). #1 - Meat Lasagna - made with salsa and wine. No ordinary Lasagna!
